    Testing work on the thermal enrichment of graphite, production of spherical graphite, coating of spherical graphite, and production of batteries is in progress.

    Samples of spherical graphite (SPG) have been obtained for the further development of the CSPG production technology.

    The feasibility study section «Geological and industrial characteristics. Mining jperations» has been finalised.

    A geological and economic assessment of the southern section of the Balakhivske graphite deposit (down to a depth of 150 metres) was carried out with the aim of expanding the boundaries of the special permit

    As part of the feasibility study, the calculation of the optimal cut-off grade for graphite was carried out.

    A detailed design has also been completed for the main substation of the deposit — the Graphite substation (35/6 kV).

    Technical specifications have been received, and a detailed design has been developed for the 35 kV overhead power line supplying the deposit’s main substation.

    Pilot tests for SPG production and chemical purification have been completed.

    The contractor – Dorfner Anzaplan GmbH (Germany), based at the laboratory from Netzsch.

    The enrichment scheme was optimised as a result of pilot tests

    The contractor – Dorfner Anzaplan GmbH (Germany), based at the Finnish GTK laboratory with the involvement of experts from Metso.

    Engineering and geological surveys for design purposes were conducted.

    The contractor – LLC Osnova-Solsif.

    Studies of the environment background condition were conducted.

    The contractor – SI Institute of Environmental Geochemistry of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

  • 2022–2023

    The calculation of the licence area reserves was performed in accordance with Ukrainian and international standards NI 43–101. The PEA and PFS stages were performed.

    The contractor – M.Plan International Limited (Canada).

  • 2019—2022

    A series of geological exploration works was carried out to confirm the data obtained in the previous stages of geological exploration work, synthesise all the information, and clarify the morphology of ore deposits and quality indicators. 41 wells with a total volume of 5,395 meters were drilled.

    The contractors – LLC Elko-bud (Ukraine) and Pozitif Sanday LTD (Turkey).
