BGV and EBRD signed documents
on the start of strategic cooperation within the framework of the Ukrainian graphite project

BGV Group Management signed a Letter of Intent with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) during the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025 in Rome. This cooperation was the next important step after the inclusion of the BGV Graphite project in the list of strategic projects for the European Union, approved by the European Commission on June 4, 2025. The aim of the project is to build a mining and processing plant on the basis of the Balakhiv graphite ore deposit and build a spherical graphite (SPG) production plant for lithium-ion batteries.

The document defines a potential framework for cooperation between the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and BGV, aimed at providing strategic support for the further development of the BGV Graphite project.
